Writer Bio

Bernard M. Cox is a 2015 graduate, member, participant, survivor of the Clarion Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers’ Workshop. He also, quite foolishly, pursued an MFA in Creative Writing at Roosevelt University in Chicago (the foolishness was pursuing the degree, not attending the school). He’s written stuff which can be found in the following publications A cappella Zoo, Collective Fallout, and Up the Staircase Quarterly. When not writing, he likes entertaining his spouse, thinking about insects, and hanging out with his neighbor’s cat, Ms. Bitsy. Find him on Twitter @BernardMCox

Writing Goal

Over 42 days spend at least 2 hours a day on something writing related (i.e. write at least 300 words a day regardless of quality, three hours of editing a day, or prep groundwork for stories to write).

Fundraising Goal

Whatever people feel they can donate or pledge. Anything helps, and the money goes to a good cause.
